Hey Everyone,

My name is Chris Turner and I am reaching out to ask for some help for my cousin Shawn Grafe.

Shawn had a very unfortunate accident a couple of days ago in which his truck malfunctioned on him while he was underneath it working on a mechanical issue. His F250 Super Duty truck ended up rolling over on him, crushing his hip and breaking his femur longways. Shawn laid there in his driveway for over an hour, screaming in pain, until a neighbor finally noticed and called 911. He was rushed to the hospital where they performed an emergency surgery to screw his bones back together.

The really unfortunate thing is that Shawn works as a handyman and in construction, so now he will be unable to work for a minimum of 12 weeks, and he may not even be able to do that kind of work again. Shawn's income is detrimental to not only himself but his fiancé and her children as well.

His truck is in pieces, and he has no other vehicle to get around to follow-up appointments and future jobs. I am looking for a little bit of help to either assist with him getting a cheap used vehicle or even just some help with bills while he is down and unable to work. I have always looked up to my cousin and it hurts to see him like this. I understand it is the holidays and money is tight, but truly anything helps.
