Shaving for Susanne

On July 8 this year my "Aunty" Susanne was told she had an agressive cancer in her right breast and lymph nodes.  A whole year of chemo started early this August with an mastectomy scheduled December 2018. Chemo PLUS radation therapy will follow up until July 2019! 



I am shaving my head SEPTEMBER 29th to show her she is not alone.

Susanne is doing all this solo and as you can imagine needs a team of love and support to surround her.  3 years ago she had a work place injury which meant she couldn't work or financially afford private housing.  She is currently in supported accomodation so doubly needs all and any of our support. 

It would be amazing to support Susanne with lots of practical things that will be of real help as she ploughs through this coming year!

Susanne is focussing on managing one day at a time as best she can.  She looks forward to living a healthy, happy life again - growing in strength and wellness, being around for her children and grandchildren, dear friends and others in need.  She hopes for permanent, long term housing where she will finally be able to have a much loved pet and a productive, nutritious garden.
