Shave for our Jen

Hi, my name is Grant and I'm just your average fun loving guy. I have been growing and maintaining my dreadlocks for over 5 years and love them; so does my wife. With a heavy heart it is now time to say goodbye to these bad boys but not without one last hoo-rah! My intention was to do Shave for a Cure this year to help raise money for cancer research however I know someone who now needs these funds directly.
Rewind 2 years, just before my wife and I got married, our wonderful Aunty Jen was diagnosed with breast cancer. She battled hard and after 2 years, a double mastectomy and multiple surgeries  we she had it beat! Sadly things were not as they seemed. What was thought to be Lymphedema resulted in ongoing issues and a lot of pain,  bring on an assortment of medical tests and those words you never want to hear were said; stage 4 metastasised breast cancer. Currently she is hospitalised but fingers crossed she will be able to rest at home soon.
Aunty Jen is a kind loving single mum of 3 and grandmother to 2 cute ratbags. She lights up a room with her contagious laugh and wicked sense of humour and has touched every member of our family immeasurably.
To her I want to give back. This money would help to pay the bills whilst she is unable to work and get her the things that she needs in order to make each day a little easier. Please help me raise what I can for this amazing human, every little bit helps.
