Shauntal and Baby Gio's recovery

Hello family, friends and prayer warriors. My name is Danielle Brown and i am Shauntal and Baby Gios cousin. On October 18, 2017 at about 2:30am Shauntel and her two children where sleeping in there bed When their roommate stormed in the room and opened fire on them, Shauntel was shot in the arm protecting her children and her 18 month old son baby gio was also hit in both hands. Shauntel did the most courageous thing a mother could do and protected her babies. Her elbow is shattered and will need to undergo a 6 hour surgery. Baby gio was holding his skippy cup with both hands when the bullet struck entering through one hand fracturing his thumb and then hittin his other hand, he also needed surgery but we praise God that they are both here with us and doing well. Unfortunately they are forced to leave all of there belongings at the home of the crime seen leaving them with only the clothes on there backs. Their family has experienced complete terror and now the road to recovery facing financial hardship as they relocate and need to provide their children with clothes, shoes and even a new home. These funds raised will go directly to Donovan, Shauntel and their 2 children. I know that God has brought them through this and with the help of all of their family and friends we hope to make this stress a little less giving them the chance to focus on healing both physically and emotionally.
