*** Funeral update: Thank you for your kind love and support that you have offered to Shaun’s family. It is greatly appreciated and Shaun’s wife is overwhelmed by the generosity shown from people all over the world.
The funeral will be held at the Gatton Cultural Centre at 11am on Saturday the 27th of July. We will form a guard of honour with our motorcycle brothers and sisters from the Gatton Cultural Centre to the Gatton Cemetery.
A get-together will be held at the Lake Apex park with catering supported by the Lions Club and the Lake Clarendon State School communities.***
On Friday 12th July, 2019, Shaun Reina tragically lost his life in a traffic accident (through no fault of his own) while routinely riding his motorcycle home to be with his family, wife and three young children, 11, 7 and 2. The accident happened in Gatton, QLD, at the intersection of Forest Hill/ Laidley Road Gatton. Shaun was killed instantly at the scene.
Shaun was the sole income earner and due to a very recent trip to Korea to visit the grandparents of the boys, it has left his wife with little savings in the bank to see her through the months, while waiting for the coroners report.
Any contribution you're able to make, will help the family Shaun tragically leaves behind, through these very difficult circumstances over the coming months, while they come to terms with the loss.
