Shaunah needs our help

Shaunah has fallen seriously ill with extensive blood clots and the loss of kidney functions. She was air evacuated from Kingman, Arizona to Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix due to the seriousness of her medical condition. She was diagnosed with kidney failure and acute compartment syndrome and had a fasciotomy procedure on her leg due to loss of circulation. She has gone through vascular surgery to remove the blood clots and will need skin grafts to close the wounds. She has been through hemodialysis and her kidney function is improving but still not certain.

Prior to being air evacuated from KRMC, Shaunah was hospitalized 2 weeks prior for a seizure she had at home and was diagnosed with PERS due to hypertension. We believed that she was fine and able to go on with her life but were sadly mistaken.

Shaunah is in dire straits financially after being hospitalized unexpectedly and not working. Due to having a full knee replacement in April and months of being ill, she has not been able to return to work as she expected. Financially, she has exhausted all her savings and with new medical bills coming, its very apparent she is stressed and weighing heavily on her mind. Yesterday, she stated, she needed to get out of the hospital soon and get to work even though she isn't in the position to do so.

Shaunah is a proud person and has not relied on others to help her but we believe she has exhausted all her means. Due to her big heart and caring nature, Shaunah has always been the one to give and she has made a difference in many peoples lives due to her generosity.
