Team 44844A from Shattuck Middle School in Neenah, Wisconsin has qualified for VEX IQ World Competition in Louisville, Kentucky on April 28- 30. We are looking for help fundraising to help cover the costs of traveling to Louisville and staying for the wonderful event.
VEX IQ competitions tasks teams of students to design and build a robot to complete yearly engineering challenge posed to them. This STEM-based Robotics challenge places heavy emphasis on research, engineering, design, communication, and teamwork.
VEX IQ Wisconsin State Competition:
We finished 4th place with a score of 32 points in skills
Robotic skills is a combination of driving the robot on the competition field by itself to score the most amount of points. Added to that is the score of an autonomous programming language that they programmed the robot to move the hubs on the competition field into the scoring zone.
VEX IQ 2018-19 Next Level
The object of the game is to attain the highest score by scoring and stacking colored Hubsin Building Zones, removing Bonus Hubs from the Hanging Structure, and by Parking or Hanging on the Hanging Bar.
