Shatha's Medical Fund

Anyone who has ever met my niece Shatha knows just how special and caring of a person she is.  She is the backbone of a strong and loving family who is now facing a challenge that I know for a fact she can overcome.

On October 16th at the age of 21, Shatha was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer.  She will be undergoing chemotherapy treatment starting immediatley.   During the treatment period, she will not be able to work to support herself and pay herpart of the medical bills. 

Shatha is such a prideful person that she would never ask for money, but as her uncle, I am reaching out to the world to ask for any small donation that you could offer to help Shatha during these hard times. I ask that if you cannot give a dontaion yourself that you at least share her story with your friends.

My name is Samir Sawaqed, I am Shatha's uncle.  I will be handling the transfer of all donations to the beneficiary Esmat Sawaqed who is the father of Shatha, where she will be using the donations from this website to support herself as well as pay her portion of the medical bills.
