Sharon Scranton's Road to Recovery
On June 11th , Sharon Scranton suffered from an embolic stroke, which led to partial left-sided paralysis. Over the past two months, she has undergone aggressive at home PT/OT with significant improvement. With her amazing progress, there is still alot of therapy needed to help her gain back the overall mobility and dexterity in her extremities that she had prior to the stroke. In order to make this happen, she is being recommended to have physical therapy 3 times a week. Following a stroke, the individual will make the most progress within the first 3-6 months then the progress will start to taper off within a year. This aggressive physical therapy regimen is paramount to Mrs. Sharon's recovery. To relieve her financial burden, we are starting this page to reach out to friends and family, who would like to contribute to her road to recovery. All donations are greatly appreciated and we thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. Let's do this!
