<div>През 2020 година се обединихме около идеята и мечтата за създаване на Международно училище за кулинария и занаяти в приказното българско село Голяма Желязна, намиращо се в живописния Троянски регион и Централен балкан. Именно там открихме сградата на основното училище, което затваря врати още през 2005 г. С мисията да дадем нов живот на училището и да спомогнем за развитието и популяризирането на региона, създадохме сдружение “Шарена Задруга”, чрез което дадохме начало на инициативата и популяризирахме идеята.

<div>През 2025 година, проектът за изграждане на Международно училище за кулинария и занаяти “Шарена Фабрика” е в напреднала фаза на строеж и на прага на ключовата година, преди официалното откриване на първи етап - Международно кулинарно училище, учителска къща и общежитие за учениците - планирано за есента на 2026 година.

<div>С огромна благодарност към всички дарители, които през годините са отделили средства, за да подпомогнат реализацията на тази огромна инициатива, ние, от сдружение “Шарена Задруга” споделяме, че събраните до момента средства, както и бъдещите такива, ще бъдат насочени към фонд “Стипендии”.

<div>In 2020, we united around the idea and dream of creating an International School for Gastronomy and Crafts in the enchanting Bulgarian village of Golyama Zhelyazna, nestled in the picturesque Troyan region of the Central Balkan Mountains. It was there that we discovered the building of the former primary school, which had closed its doors back in 2005. With the mission to give the school new life and to contribute to the development and promotion of the region, we founded the association Sharena Zadruga, through which we launched the initiative and began spreading the idea.

<div>In 2025, the project for the construction of the International School for Gastronomy and Crafts Sharena Fabrika is in an advanced stage of development and on the threshold of a pivotal year, just before the official opening of its first phase: the International Culinary School, Teachers’ Residence, and Student Dormitory, scheduled for the autumn of 2026.

<div>With immense gratitude to all donors who, over the years, have contributed funds to support the realization of this ambitious initiative, we at Sharena Zadruga Association are pleased to share that all funds raised to date, as well as future donations, will be directed toward the Scholarship Fund.
