Sharon Steidler has been a friend to many. Whether you've known her from childhood, from her incredible career in entertainment or just met her somewhere along the way, the one thing that is true is that she is unforgettable. She is as kind as they come and has a heart as big as the world. The kind of friend you always want to hang on to no matter what.
Unfortunately, cancer has felt that way about her as well and has hung on to her for 10 years now. She is a fighter and continues to kick cancer's ass, but it is a worthy opponent and has made things tough on her for several years. While she continues to encourage others and be that bright light to all that she touches, some of us thought that she might need to be reminded how much she means to us and how big the army is behind her in this fight. Cancer picked the wrong girl to mess with!
We are hosting the "Shar Bear Love Fest" on October 13th from 6-10pm just for fun and to show her the love she is surrounded by even when she doesn't realize it. While the intent was just to have fun, we recognize that this will also raise funds that will help her in her journey.
We expect this event to sell out and we also recognize that she has friends all over the world and many won't be able to travel in for the night. For people who want to show her some love but can't get tickets or can't travel to Downingtown we have set up this corresponding GoFundMe page where you can contribute as well as send her your love and good wishes.
