Transformational Camps & Mentorship for Boys Aged 9-15 and Their Fathers

Hi, I’m Andrea—a father, modern rites of passage facilitator, and advocate for healthy masculinity.

After my recent fight to stay in Australia with my son Marley (my story) and supporting hundreds of boys and men through modern rites of passages, I realised something critical: Boys don’t just need a single "rite of passage"—they need ongoing guidance to navigate the journey into manhood.

That’s why we’re creating year-round transformational camps and mentorship programs where:
  • Boys (9-15) develop resilience, emotional intelligence, and purpose—long before adulthood pressures hit.
  • Fathers learn to model strength through vulnerability, collaboration, and conscious leadership.
  • Together, they build a culture of support—not just for their family, but for a community of like-minded men.

Why This Work Is Urgent
Today’s boys are being shaped by:
  • Digital worlds that reward instant gratification over real connection.
  • Cultural myths that equate masculinity with dominance or emotional suppression.
  • Isolation—even in crowded rooms—because few spaces teach them how to belong.

The cost? By their teens, many boys:
  • Struggle with self-worth tied to performance (grades, sports, social status).
  • Lack mentors who’ve done the inner work themselves.
  • Miss practical tools to handle stress, conflict, and relationships.
Our camps and programs interrupt this cycle early.

Our Approach: Inspired by Timeless Wisdom, Built for Modern Boys

While traditional "rites of passage" are powerful, we go further—preparing boys continuously for adulthood through:
  • The Power of Nature we find in wilderness connection and challenges (like those from Indigenous traditions) to teach resilience without artificial competition.
  • Emotional Courage to help boys practice naming feelings, setting boundaries, and asking for help—skills most men weren’t taught.
  • Father-Son Collaboration so that dads don’t just "supervise"—they work alongside their sons, rebuilding trust through shared challenges.
  • Community Over Isolation to help fathers leave with a support network; and boys leave with a brotherhood that lasts beyond the camp.
  • Mentoring, Modelling, and Practical Skill-building to help fathers and sons learn practical tools, communication skills and self-development practices.
Our activities will expand into 2026 with recurring seasonal camps, immersive online courses and a 12-month mentorship program—so that transformation continues beyond the weekend.

Who This Is For
These programs are designed for families who:
  • Want their sons to enter adulthood grounded, not lost.
  • Are ready to have fathers grow alongside their boys—not just "teach" them.
  • Believe masculinity should be defined by character, not stereotypes.
(Stepdads, uncles, and mentors are warmly welcomed.)

Your Impact: Where Funds Will Go
We’re raising $20,000 AUD to fund the initial set up and launch of 2 seasonal camps covering:
  • Wilderness sites (venue hire, safety gear, insurances).
  • Camp supplies (materials, equipment, tools for skill-building).
  • Expert leaders (facilitators, outdoor guides, cultural mentors).
  • Scholarships for families who need partial support.

Why Donate?
This isn’t charity—it’s cultural change. Your support:
  • Prepares a boy to lead with integrity, not insecurity.
  • Equips a father to parent with presence, not pressure.
  • Strengthens communities by fostering healthier men.
You’re investing in a legacy.
