Shhhh secret work visa fund for Shane's 40th bday

To make it easier to travel back and forth from Canada to New York a work visa is needed.  Shane found a lawyer and the process is lengthly and expensive.  As a surprise for his 40th birthday at the end of the month, we wanted to help take the burden off a bit and raise as much as we can so he can concentrate on life and his awesome career.
