Shane Scilingo's Road to Recovery

As many of you know, Shane was involved in a terrible car accident late Monday night (03/13/17). He is currently in the ICU as his injuries are significant. With the support and love of his family and friends, Shane's condition has stabilized as of this morning, however they will continue to keep him in the ICU as he has surgeries set through the rest of this week.

In addition to his uphill stay at the hospital, Shane will not be able to return to work for several months, potentially longer. Once he is released, he will have months of rehibilitation and therapy until he's able to get back to the life he once knew. Unfortunatley, as of now, we are unsure just how long his journey to recovery will be.

Shane is a loving brother and friend and for those of you who know him, you know that Shane is a survivor. He's always taken what's been given to him with a smile and kept on fighting. He will make it through this stronger. This past year Shane worked extremely hard to get his Miata into the condition that unfortunately he will not get to enjoy. He still has so much life to live and so much to experience. He needs to be using these next several months to focus on getting better, and not worrying about how he is going to pay for treatment or bills. Any donation amount is greatly appreciated, and will help Shane and his family with medical and living expenses while he is unable to work. Most importantly, please keep Shane in your thoughts and prayers. He is always there when anyone needs him, and now it's our turn to be his army.
