Charlie Panigoniak is diagnose with Parkinson’s desease/predemencia and is in need of finance to pay for power/fuel, as they have their own house which they have arrears till 2025. Charlie is paying out of his pension to pay by monthly and that isn’t covering fuel/power plus groceries. His wife was layed off work in August due to her job transfer. And both didn’t want to move away from home. His wife won’t get assistance until after or is approve for E.I. In 2018.
