We are reaching out for help for our dear friend, Alex Fox. 6 months ago, what started as annoying back pain and eventually stomach pain, turned into devastating news. Alex was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. As each round of tests came back, he was hit with one blow after another. His cancer quickly metastasized to his liver and abdomen. Now faced with a fight for his life- he is in the ring battling cancer. The fight is a grueling one consisting of aggressive chemotherapy and potentially 3 difficult and extremely risky surgeries with very low success rate.
Since undergoing 20 rounds of very aggressive Chemo so far (10-12 being typical) he had to leave his job as a Talent agent due to the harsh side effects. The reality of paying medical bills, rent, and having to explore every treatment possible to save his life is becoming an impossible task to accomplish alone.
Alternative Treatments in conjunction with Chemo is his best hope at this point because statistically he only has a 14-20% survival rate if he doesn't take it upon himself to explore treatments that are not covered by insurance.
There are clinics offering alternative therapies outside the US that have a greater success rate than purely conventional treatments in the USA.
Alex has always led his life with integrity. He is always the first to help a friend or a loved one, and has made a life-changing positive impact on so many lives, ESPECIALLY OURS! He has given a lot to us and we want to be there for him in his time of need.
We are starting this Go Fund Me asking for help for someone who has helped so many. In this same spirit, Alex asked us to use his experience as a reminder for everyone to please get tested for this disease if they have any unexplained symptoms...even if like him… you are younger than the normal age to test for it. He doesn't want to see anyone else go through the challenge he now faces.
