After speaking with the vet, he said that Bruno is between 2-3 years old who is anemic with high protein levels which is due to starvation. He is very weak, has trouble walking with his hind legs and his spine is curved due to being kept in small crate. He has open wounds on his paws and on his elbows that are not infected which was caused from him sitting in his urine and feces in the small crate. The vet will monitor his hind leg issues and see if he will need surgery or not. He also will need to have his cherry eyes surgically removed. He will need to have 4-6 meals per day in order to get stable enough to have a normal meal and start the weigh gain process. With proper nutrition and vet care Bruno will be on his way to recovery. This boy truly deserves a second chance. We need you to help us with his medical care.
He is exceptionally friendly with all people, he is a very sweet small pocket pittie who will steal your heart. He is cat and dog friendly and a very sweet boy. We will make him feel better and make sure he gets the TLC he needs.
After being with him and seeing his personality, we feel his name should be panda ❤️❤️❤️he waddles he's black-and-white and his head is quite big right now compared to his skinny body and wags his tale constant considering he is such bad shape.
We stand together to make the world a better place for the abused, the abanoned and the unwanted animals and give them the life they truly deserve.
The Fur Friends In Need Family wants to thank all of you in advance for donating and or sharing his story. We are forever grateful to all of you. Without you, we could not rescue and medically care for the animals.
We will post updates.
Thank you from the Bottom of our Hearts
