BBB Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean (BBB SEFL) is a non profit helping consumers and businesses resolve marketplace issues. Each year our BBB works to resolve over 40,000 complaints in addition to promoting best practices, alerting the public about scams and partnering with other non profits, media partners, consumers and businesses to encourage ethical practices.
BBB programs are free to consumers and like most non profits, when unexpected costs arise, it is a challenge. BBB SEFL learned the foundation for our building was unstable and in need of major repair--over 160 helical piers driven underneath the slab floor to levels of 40 to 50 feet until solid ground is struck. The overall cost for the foundation related work will be over $500,000. We hope that consumers who have benefited from our services will consider supporting BBB with $5 to $10 so that our primary funds continue to assist our community.
Every dollar provided to BBB from this initiative will go toward the repair of our office. Thank you for helping us so we may continue to support our community.
