The Seven Port Challenge Charity Cycle Ride 2019 sponsored by Woodhart Group is raising funds for the Mayor's Charities of Brighton and Hove. On Thursday 2nd May 2019 we will be setting off from the British Airways i360 and cycling to Portsmouth where we will catch the ferry to France to begin our cycle along the beautiful Normandy coast via Caen, Honfleur, Fecamp and Dieppe. We will then arrive into Newhaven by ferry for the final cycle back into Brighton on Sunday 5th May. We will cycle a total of 180 miles.
We are once again raising funds for local charities chosen by the current Mayor. This year’s charities include: Martlets, Rockinghorse, Grace Eyre Foundation and Off The Fence, and some of our team members have personal links with these charities. Please watch the charity videos we have shared at the bottom of this page.
The Brighton & Hove Property Consortium is a group of local property professionals with the common goal of taking part in the annual cycling event to raise funds for these very important charities. Each cyclist has committed to raising a minimum of £750 to take part in this event so that we reach our fundraising goal of £50,000, so we would really appreciate your help in assisting them to reach their target and hence our overall goal.
Please sponsor them and help us to raise some vital money for these charities. Our previous years’ events have now raised a combined total in excess of £150,000 which has made a huge difference to the charities involved. Please help us keep this event going and support our committed team.
