Although we are Great Pyrenees Rescue MONTANA, we help other states whenever possible - and it is again a fact that half or more of the dogs that we get are from UTAH. Unfortunately we do NOT have sufficient foster homes in UT to house these dogs and most end up being brought to us in MT and are housed at Old Farm Kennels in Florence.
Adding to the housing shortage story is that this is an exceptionally slow adoption time and we have 6 or 7 dogs being boarded for a month or more at a time. We managed to get through January and pay our board bill, but a couple more weeks and we will again face board for multiple dogs. So - we are asking, again, for your help. Of course we would LOVE it if you all jumped in an adopted one of these wonderful dogs, but absent that, could you please chip in and help us pay their board?
Surely adoptions will pick up soon and we won't have to keep asking, but for now - will you help them?????
