My name is Salvatore, I am an Italian expat and live in Panabo city, Philippines.

Every day, I see countless dogs wandering the streets—hungry, scared, and often in very poor condition. Some are injured, others abandoned, and most just need a safe place to call home. It truly breaks my heart to see them suffer and feel helpless to change their situation.

That’s why I’ve decided to take action. My dream is to build a dog shelter here in Paabo—a safe, loving space where stray and neglected dogs can receive food, medical care, and the chance to be adopted into caring homes.

To make this dream a reality, I need help raising funds to rent a piece of land and build the shelter center. Once the facility is up and running, the City of Panabo has agreed to help with monthly expenses, meaning your contribution will have a lasting impact far beyond the initial setup.
