Seth's medical related expenses

Donation protected
Seth Laigast is a devoted husband and father of 2 young daughters. On December 4, 2017, Seth was involved in a motorcycle accident on his way home from work. He suffered a severe spinal injury that will require intense and lengthy rehabilitation services.

Seth was a star baseball player in high school and in college. He was a member of 2 State Championship baseball teams in high school and played 4 years at the University of New Orleans. Seth’s work ethic was shown not only as an athlete but in the classroom as well. He earned two degrees from UNO, one in Business Administration and the other in Accounting,  while playing baseball. During his senior year, Seth married his high school sweetheart, Lindsay. Seth and Lindsay have two daughters, Aubrey (5) and Addison (3), who he absolutely adores.

Although, he has health insurance, his family is faced with many uncertainties for future services and treatment.

Seth has always expressed wanting to give back to his community through coaching when his daughters were of age to participate in athletics.  Through his rehabilitation, he may achieve this goal, just as he has been able to achieve the goals he has set in the past.

At first the prognosis was grim, his wife told the doctors, their family has faith and believes in miracles. The next day after spinal surgery, the doctors informed the family that Seth has some mobility above the knees and some feelings below the knees. Seth has defied the doctor's initial prognosis, but is far from out of the woods. We have already witnessed the power of prayer and the work of the Holy Spirit.

We are asking that you please join us in committing to pray for Seth and his family daily, and if you are in a position to help financially no matter how small the amount, it would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is to one day watch Seth walk his girls down the aisle.
