Serving my Dad who has Alzheimers

My dad, Mark, is 64 and has Alzheimers Disease. I recently left my job in Montana (doing adventure-based leadership development) to live at home with my parents and help the family go through this trying time. My dad was diagnosed 4 years ago and had to retire from his job. For those of you who don't know much about Alzheimers, it starts by affecting your ability to communicate, understand what's happening, and even how to go about your daily tasks. This makes a person highly dependant on help from others. In my life, as I started to understand the character of God more and more, I came to believe that if God were in my circumstances he would move back to help out his family. So I decided to follow suit. Now I'm here, spending time with dad, helping find things for us to enjoy together, taking care of the house, and helping my mom not burn out with all that is required of her in the care taking process. The money you donate will provide for some of my living expenses for 2018 so that I can continue in this service. As we know, many good things in life don't pay very well! The funds will also go to helping pay for opportunites for my dad and I to enjoy together as being around the house all of the time can get pretty monotonous.
