Services to honor William F. Kiefer, Jr

Donation protected
On Wednesday, March 18, 2020, William "Bill" Francis Kiefer, Jr passed away in Prince William County at the age of 75.  Bill was the beloved husband of Margaret "Peggy" Kiefer, to whom he was married for 53 years.  Bill dedicated his life to the service of others and was known for helping anyone in need.  For many, he was a steadfast rock.
Bill dedicated his life to his family, and his career in public safety.  He spent 20 years at the Fairfax County Police Department and retired as a 2nd Lieutenant.  He spent 12 years proudly serving as Police Chief of the Manassas Park Police Department.
Bill loved "his Peggy" with every ounce of his being and a smile would peek out from his mustache as he proudly talked about his two sons and his four grandchildren.  Bill truly cared about people and their wellbeing.  He relished every moment of his life spent with family or in service to others.
Bill's family and friends are collecting funds to help honor him and his memory.  The funds will go directly to Bill's sons, Bill and Jack,  to be used for funeral services for this kind hearted man who spent his life in service to others.  Any additional funds will be used to off set the medical and care costs for his beloved Peggy.
