Services for Jean Marie McCann

On Thursday, February 8, 2018, we lost one of the most amazing women in our lives. Jean Marie McCann passed away in her sleep unexpectedly at the age of 45. We are completely heartbroken by this tragedy . She was a mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and an amazing friend. Because it was so unexpected, our family is unprepared financially and would appreciate any contributions that our family and friends are able to help with.
