Hello my name is Thereasa, My son hired a dog sitter to watch over his dog overnight. The dog sitter ended up leaving her alone and she managed to get out . After being notified he immediately went to the location searching around for hours into the night talking to the neighbors posting flyer & utilizing lost animal websites. He found a neighbors that had video /information that Zen was seen running down the street and was eventually hit by a car. Zen had been lost for 28hr in the cold with a broken

leg and 3in laceration on her arm bleeding. Zen still managed to find the strength and go into a

nearby restaurant for shelter & water. With the community's help,

She was returned and is currently undergoing surgery.

She is my sons world & his service dog, His best friend and companion, they go everywhere together. My son has had some unforeseen circumstances in his life and Zen has gotten him through every step of the way.

Any donations help to get Zen back walking and healthy, please every dollar will help pay the veterinary hospital bill. She will also be needing a stroller while healing so she can continue to get around with him.
