Service Dog For Zandyr

Donation protected
Zandyr was diagnosed 2 years ago with Autisum and a speach developmental dely. As soon as he was diagnosed we found an amazing program in Fremont that worked specifically with kids like Zandyr. We immediately started doing home visits Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy at home for 6 months then the day after his 3rd birthday we started him in school 5 days a week.  We only want to help our son in life. The day he turned 2 he was also diagnosed with reoccuring croup. This ment that for the next 18 months we would be spending 2-3 times a week at the Doctors Office, Hospitals, Urgent Care Centers, Pediatric Offices. Also, taking time off work, luckily we work for AMAZING companies that are understanding and family oriented. He was on steriods, coughing medications, allergy medications, inhalers, nasal inhalations, nebulizer treatments, etc. This poor kid somehow still never let you know, he smiled through the ear drum infection for a month, even though he is gasping for air from the croup he still smiles this smile that melts your heart.
Zandyr is the most amazing kid you will ever meet. He loves electronics and to see how things work. However, he doesn't understand danger, empathy, fear, he goes to school and daycare and he still doesn't play with other kids. If other kids cry or scream he goes to them and attacks because it does something to him that he can't explain to us. His teachers agreed that this is something that would help him tremendously. He doesn't understand danger meaning our guard is never down. Zandyr will run straight out of our house and into our neighbors home or straight into the street. We have locks of all sorts but he's smart, he knows how to unlock them and how to move the chair to get to them.  Also, he has seperation anxiety this meaning he doesn't sleep threw the night unless Mom and Dad are next to him.
The service dog is not a pet! This dog will be able to help Zandyr in all these ways. The training is for the lifetime of the dog. It will be able to search for him if he ever gets away from mom and dad and keep him safe and alert/ bring him back to us. This will help with his social anxiety, seperation anxiety, keep him calm during his meltdowns, be his best friend.
Thank you to all who can help! Share if that's all you can donate we appreciate anything and everything. Please help us to help our son have the best quality of life possible.
