Sergio Osorio Kidney fund

Sergio is in need of a kidney transplant and he desperately needs surgery.  The Canadian government is holding up their immigration papers in the mean time he needs medical care which is being paid for by his wife working non stop precariously....Please help this family with Sergios' health and his wonderful wife can be spend some time at home and help this beautiful family get on  their feet...because thats what Canadians do!
