I’m Jake Greenblatt, a film student at Montclair State University. My friend Tyler Partnow, a music student , and I have written a short film called Sergeant Sister. Donating to this project can help us fund a film that will entertain us all in this trying time. We all can use some laughs! We truly appreciate your support. Thank you!
“Sergeant Sister” is a short film which both parodies and critiques sitcoms of the 80s and 90s, like “Full House” or “Family Matters”. It tells the story of Jerry, a young man who is trapped in a sitcom and can not hear anything, while his “family” desperately, but miserably attempt to help him.
