Cancer treatment Medical expenses

Family and friends, its been a struggle these past couple of months during this virus situation, but this past week has taken another hurtful turn. I went to the doctor for a check up and to my surprise I was diagnosed with cancer. I was shocked to hear this, Im still emotionally processing this. This past week on Friday, I had a surgery procedure to remove a mass. I came out ok, very painful.  Now I am home waiting for the rest of the results which I will receive in 2 weeks for further procedures and treatments. I appreciate all that called and texted with kind words and prayers that keep me thinking positive. We never imagine situations like this happening to us, but its REAL. Don't take life for granted, get checked. Make every day special with your loved ones. Get closer to GOD. Appreciate what you have. We never know when its our turn to go.  Its not easy talking about this, specially to your children. With further treatments and procedures, we will be having to struggle more to get through this.
