I'm fundraising to assist a Senior in the community who is a victim of targeted property crime. Bernice W. is on a fixed income and relies on her vehicle, however, someone continues to puncture her tires and smash her side mirrors. This has occurred 4 different times, with all 4 tires damaged each time, including her side mirror. Police are investigating the series, however CCTV footage isn't great.
