Senior Living Deposit

hello everyone! As you may know for a few months now I've been micromanaging my schoolwork, my nannying gig, my weekend job at the liquor store as well as making sure my mom has met her needs. However, I never anticipated the quick deterioration that dementia has taken on my mom. Yesterday morning she was rushed to the hospital after a seizure, she will now need senior living because I can't provide for her as I'm away all the time. We have set up a few visits with various senior living places in the area, however they want a $5,000 deposit and my understanding is that they don't negotiate. We have about $4,000 available at the moment, however she needs to be transferred immediately so that I can go back to work or daily activities and not worry that she hasn't eaten or didn't remember to do this this and this. I will not get POA in time for us to transfer money from her retirement fund for the deposit. However we will be able to afford the monthly cost of senior living. It's just the initial jumpstart I need help with. I will repay everyone I just need this fast transfer so that she can get the care she needs and I can go back to work because I will eventually need to pay for my living. I am looking to sell my fully loaded 2013 Lexus CT200h, owes about $13,000 left now, if you are interested in transferring the title or buying in full, please let me know, I need that monthly payment to be eliminated lol.
