Hi. I am a senior who had a safer saner life in my old station wagon even with no heat nor AC. I moved to Northampton just before covid and soon after organized harassment and vandalism, hacking and threats and sleep.deprivation on purpose by a team based above me and close by. I repaired twice and got tires each time ruined.

I was put on weekly inspection to harass me and was accused of many false claims. When the threats and actions failed to ruin me they towed my car in May, and there are 15 empty spaces here and then slapped more notices accusations false in mail and at my door, then cops brought papers for court claiming I threatened to flood the apartment so I couldn't address getting my car back over defense for court

The car even parked is the only private place I have for sleep , non scented air and private phone calls or just space outdoors not smelling dryer sheets or getting bitten by mosquitoes since by a swamp.

I need to get my car back. This all was allowed by management and owners of affordable apt prob cause im the wrong demographic, non Latino.

Please help. These people ruined my life and I was warned about mobbing and bullies and organized perps . Kept me from ever seeing aunt , dad and isolation and reputation and health destroy is the idea. Tow and storage charge i need help with
