Medical Mission to Haiti

Prior to starting nursing school in 2011, I went on a Mission trip to Haiti with Hope Alive! Clinic, founded in Medford, NJ. God has worked tremendously in and through me since my last trip to Haiti, continuing to break and mold my heart for the People of Haiti and others less fortunate.
After six years of trying to plan a trip and doors not opening, God has finally opened the door--making it clear to me that this is His timing. He has been preparing me spiritually, mentally, and practically with nursing skills that are necessary to help these people.
On October 12th we will leave to spend 10 days in Haiti at Solace Hospital, where I will provide care to malnourished infants and children. I will also visit a few orphanages during this time. My dad, Steven Murtaugh will be joining to provide construction and electrical services around the clinic and surrounding areas. Most importantly, our goal is to minister to these people and their families.
Please join us in this journey through prayer and financial support. Proceeds will go toward the cost of this trip and the purchase of medical equipment and everyday essentials for the children. I know God is at the center of all of this and our biggest prayer is that He will be seen through our every effort to help these people!
