Israel 2014

Hello, 

My name is Laura McElroy and I am a missionary minded mother and wife. At age 18 I realzied I wanted to see the world for the glory of Jesus. It wasn't until the birth of my second child, that I ever stepped on foreign soil to reach out to other nations. Since then, I have been privielaged to go on six mission trips in 4 years. A couple of weeks ago, I thought I was going to Haiti. In a last minute attempt to raise funds, I knew it wasn't so. Something didn't seem right in my Spirit. I realzied that it wasn't meant to be. However, shortly after letting that go...another opportunity stared me in the face. With the support of my husband and hope in my heart, Israel stood before me. Our church has partnered with the people of Israel for quite sometime now and the journey isn't one of evangelism, but of love and support. We are going to minister to the poor and to the orphans. To truly bring love and acceptance to the community. It is a trip of a lifetime and I would pray that perhaps, you would truly consider helping me in this effort to reach the people of Israel with the Love of our Savior, Jesus. It may not make sense, to go from one trip to another, but when one door closes....
