Study Abroad in Zambia, Africa!

Hi everyone! I am making this page to hopefully raise money for my study abroad trip to Zambia, Africa in the fall of this year! For those of you who don't know, I am a junior nursing major at Indiana Wesleyan University. I applied to the Zambia trip and was selected as one of the sixteen nursing students to spend an entire semester there! While I am there I will be completing clinical hours, taking a full semester of classes, and doing many other things such as spending extra time in clinics, and my favorite - playing with the children!!! (All while sharing the love of Christ with the people of Zambia!)

In order to raise money for the trip, I initially became involved in the business of crocheting scarves! I spent my Christmas break making and selling over fifty scarves, and raised around $700! Since I am now back at school, I no longer have as much time to crochet.


I did my best to earn the money over break, but am currently still in need of $2,300 in order to go on the trip. I will also continue to work on campus all semester to make as much money as possible! Thank you for reading this page, and I am asking that you would please consider helping make this dream a reality (honestly, any amount helps!) I am so so appreciative of any donations, as well of anyone who bought a scarf from me!


(PS I would also definitely be willing to sell more scarves if anyone is interested, it just might take a little while since I am back at school!)
