<div>Odyssey of the Mind team members Ari Flishenbaum, Teo Scaviola, Max Mir, Ryan Perez, and James Gibbons have been hard at work since September crafting their solution to Odyssey of the Mind problem 5: Astronomical Odyssey. They worked hard every week to develop their script and constellation stories, created a lighting effect, a shooting star, made costumes, props, and created backdrops. On March 29th, they competed at the CT state level and qualified to go to Worlds through an impressive second-place finish, missing the top spot by only 1 point (out of a possible 350)!

<div><strong>Supporting this team will assist in covering the significant costs of registration/housing expenses (~$5,000), travel for the team and coaches (est. ~$2,000), and shipping their props to Michigan (~$500).</strong> We do not want the financial aspect of competition to keep this team from getting an opportunity to go to Worlds!
