Send School supplies to children in Sierra Leone
CHALLENGE
Today, far too many children grow up in places where getting an education is hard. In fact, for 264 million children and adolescents living amid poverty, conflict, climate shock, or displacement, it's almost impossible. Studies show that an education is a key to overcoming poverty. But many schools in developing countries are dilapidated and lack resources, making the learning environment both unsafe and unproductive for students.
Without the necessary school supplies, bright young minds lack the quality of education that they need to thrive academically. Too many young people with high potential turn to destructive rather than constructive paths for themselves and their community.
In Sierra Leone, not all the children get the privilege of going to school, and of those who are lucky to go, many reach the school without shoes, clean uniforms, and lack school supplies.
OUR SOLUTION
By offering basic tools of education to schools, we improve access to quality education for the future leaders of African communities.
This project is going to take place in primary and secondary schools located in Sierra Leone. We will rehabilitate the schools with proper seating, blackboards, notebooks, and many more.
Our goal is to provide all of the above to school children and properly furnish as many classrooms as we can through this project. However, we do need help shipping the container to our beneficiaries in Sierra Leone.

Every Child Deserves an Education.... Regardless of Where They Were Born
WHAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED
We have reached out to hundreds of people with great hearts who made financial and material donations. We collected thousands of kilos of school supplies, classroom furniture, clothes, toys, and much more in primary and secondary schools in Poland. Students showed great heart, commitment, and empathy towards their peers in Sierra Leone. We have collected a full container of donated items.
WHY DO WE NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE
We have received a multitude of books and school supplies, clothes, school furniture, and we are so grateful for the outpouring of generosity, however, due to the expensive cost of shipping these wonderful books and supplies are sitting in our storeroom instead of in the hands of the kids that desperately need them. This fundraiser will cover the cost of shipping a full container full of school supplies to Sierra Leone.
Collected items will not reach our beneficiaries in Sierra Leone without your help. We would like to kindly ask you to provide financial assistance to ship the container to children in Sierra Leone.

We are two non-profit Foundations based in the UK, Poland who have joined forces to help, educate and empower children in Sierra Leone. WE HAVE A STRONG TEAM ON THE GROUND. We believe no development work can be successful without a dynamic team on the ground. We also believe that education breaks the cycle of poverty, strengthens families and communities, and sets kids up for happy, successful lives.
