I’m going to keep this short, if you’re seeing this page then you know Matt & Katie and you know the shit they’ve been dealing with for the last few years. I’ve been thinking about doing this for a couple of weeks now and decided to pull the trigger. I know there is another GoFundMe page and please donate to that, this is for after the treatments.
For as long as I have known Katie, her #1 bucket list place to visit has been Ireland. It pains me to see everything she has had to endure but in spite of everything, that girl doesn’t stop living her life. I can’t think of any couple that deserves a break from all the shit more than Matt & Katie….so let’s give them the trip they deserve and probably need.
I would like to surprise her and Matt with this after her last treatment which is supposed to be Sept. 10th. I beg of you to keep this quiet. Please do not post this on any social media. We all know that if she sees this she will fight us on it and I don’t want to fight her...cause I think she could take me. But please do share this with everyone whether by text message, Facebook message or even send a post card.
Please don’t feel any obligation to give. If you choose to give, any amount at all will help. It honestly doesn’t matter if it’s only $1. I will personally fund this whole thing if it comes down to it. I know we’ve all already given so much but the intention here is to use this money once the treatments are done, so they can get away and spend some time decompressing.
