Send Massiah to Nationals

My name's Massiah, I'm from upstate New York, and I am 16 years old. This past year has been full of ups and downs, but yet one of growth. I've had a lot of health problems, and because of them I've felt I've grown so much more in my relationship with Christ. I've come to a place of abandoning the world and abiding in Christ. Last April I attended New York District Youth Convention, through the Assemblies of God churches. There I participated in Fine Arts, and made it to Nationals. But more importantly, that was where the terms ABANDON, ABIDE, and ADVOCATE, were coined for me. See back in March I attended Breakaway at UVF, where I got my calling to be a missionary. And from that point I knew that God was calling me to abandon the world and abide in Him, but I didn't know where to go next. And youth convention was where God put it all together for me. And it was there where I had gotten my next more immediate calling. To go to Nationals, in Anaheim, CA. It took A LOT of prayer, but despite the naysayers...God had placed it on my heart to go! Not just for the convention and fine arts aspect of nationals...but for something else. And I believe and am expecting God to do something amazing there. It will be a time of learning for me. There will be many speakers and opportunities for growth. I will also get to see more of my peers using there amazing gifts and talents for Christ. I will not be able to compete in Fine arts because my whole group Isn't able to come. However, this will be an opportunity for me to learn how to be an advocate for Christ and empower my peers back home to live boldly for Christ! I know and am believing that this week long event will be a catalyst for great things! I don't know what else God has in store for me there in Anaheim, CA...but I am expectant to see God move in a mighty way. (By the way Nationals is from the 7th to the 11th of August in Anaheim California).
