Canada called - we just need the plane tickets!

We are three jazz-funk octopuses embarking on a fantastic adventure.

Led by the arcane, dreamy and wonderfully eccentric London-based harpist Flo, the trio also includes Gus, cosmic groove wizard on bass and guitar, and Leo, beat alchemist on drums and percussion from another dimension.

Let’sGoTrio has been summoned across the Atlantic to the legendary World Harp Congress in Toronto this summer, taking place from July 28th until August 3rd - a rare honour and unique opportunity for us European aliens to perform on such an international stage. It could truly make a difference in our careers, allowing us to join the secret order of international harp magicians and sound-sorcerers, forging new alliances and becoming a springboard into the wider magical music world.

However, the congress does not cover travel nor accomodation costs. We wish we were advanced enough to teleport there, unfortunately neither our skills nor current inventions allow it yet.

You might wonder : "why didn’t they apply for public funding?" We did! But we do not meet all the criteria, especially because we are playing abroad and performing only once rather than a full tour. Our chances are therefore smaller and competition for this holy grail is fierce, which is why we are trying our luck here instead.

Any contribution would help, no matter the currency : dollars, francs, crowns, diamonds, galleons, castars… everything is welcome. We promise to send you cute Canada pics in return and to keep improving our time and space travel abilities.

More seriously : once we return from our adventure, we would love to organise a free gig - and new music is coming out soon!
