Jack has dreamed of being a doctor since he was 3 years old. Now, at 16 years, he is working hard to achieve this goal. Jack has the opportunity to attend a National Youth Leadership Forum for Medicine and Health Care, a one-week educational program at an accredited medical university, giving him the opportunity to stay on campus and be immersed in the medical experience. This is a huge deal for him, an opportunity to earn college credit and a major boost to his college applications. We have applied for the partial scholarship; however, there's no guarantee he will receive it, and with registration closing on December 4th, we are asking our friends, family, and community to help us send Jack on this amazing journey to fulfill his dreams.
