Send Claire Jantzen to TEDWomen

Hello! My name is Claire Jantzen. I'm a director/photographer and student at Chapman University. Currently, I am in the process of organizing TEDxOrange - an event focused on rewriting the rules and dissolving stereotypes. We are still in stage one, and there is a lot of planning to go. My next move is a big one. In order to host the kind of TEDx event I am envisioning, I must attend an official TED Conference myself.

...So, here I am requesting your support for this exciting opportunity. (And the theme couldn't be more perfect) - This coming November is TEDWomen, a three day conference devoted to women who are rising up and breaking boundaries. At this conference, I will be watching a handful of inspiring talks as well as networking with people and organizers from around the world. This experience will assist me when planning how to better serve my own community with my TEDx event. (It will also be beyond beneficial and inspiring for my own personal career as a young female creator).

This TEDx event means a lot to me, and I cannot wait to share more about it with you. In order to make that possible, I hope you will consider supporting my vision.
