WHY I'M GOING TO AFRICA:
I'm SO excited to share that I'll be traveling on a mission's trip to Kigali, Rwanda teaching performing arts! As many of you may know, I've been teaching performing arts to youth for many years in various schools, camps and churches. I have a passion for teaching and motivating the youth to actively engage the gifts/talents they have been blessed with for God’s glory. It brings me so much joy to inspire and uplift young people through performing arts and I am so grateful to finally have the opportunity to go abroad for the first time and share this joy with the young people all the way in Rwanda!  
WHO I'M GOING WITH:
I'll be joining Thru Guidance, a volunteer based 501(c)3, nonprofit organization committed to serving spiritual, artistic, and educational needs of young people around the world. Over the past seven years, Thru Guidance has continued to serve over 400 young people by holding Guidance Performing & Visual Arts camps and other programs in South Los Angeles, CA, Washington NW, D.C., Mansfield, LA, Coushatta, LA, Jean Anglais St.George, Grenada, Kigali, Rwanda and now Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The mission of Thru Guidance is to inspire young people to trust God, discover their passions, and become agents of change. http://www.thruguidance.org

November 25th-December 8th! 

WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING:
Trip Cost Breakdown: Airfare- $1,200 Lodging, Food, Transportation, Camp Supplies- $1,364 Incidentals- $436 Total: $3,000
I NEED YOU/DEADLINES:
$3,OOO is a lot, I know. And that's why I NEED YOU!
$200 deposit due September 29.
$1,182 due October 15.
$1,182 due November 15.
Whether its $5 or $500, every little bit helps. (Please note, your financial contribution to my cause will not be tax-deducible unfortunately. It will be considered a personal gift). This is an amazing opportunity for me to serve and I do not want money to be the deciding factor. So, please, help send me to Africa!
