At Echo Hill, students experience the Bay in a whole new way. Gone are the big buildings and hard edges of the Inner Harbor. In their place, students find real shore lines, real animals, huge forests, and oh so very little litter. Students get to experience things like swamp exploration in a canoe, ropes courses in the forest, and meeting American eels and blue crabs on the open waters of the upper Chesapeake. Students remember this trip for the rest of their lives (seriously - ask your Maryland-native friends - they'll remember it too).
This is a special trip - and not surprisingly, it comes at a high price. While many of our families are able to save enough for the trip, several fall short. This year we are asking for the support of our community to connect our students with experiences that matter.
Please help us bridge the financial gap for our students so that they can engage in an authentic experience that will stay with them for a lifetime.
