This was withheld by Roy Whitelaw, Assistant Commissioner NSW police at the time as he was concerned that ASIO information could “blow a hole right through the police case”. Government and law enforcement agencies appear to have worked to suppress evidence that would likely have exonerated the Croatian Six. Tax payer funds are being used to defend police conduct which includes the notoriously corrupt Roger Rogerson and other known corrupt police officers involved in this case...
