Help me see my kids again

Hi my name is TJ, I'm a father of 3 beautiful children, Jessica, Elanna and Jack.  Back in 2017 I was hospitalized after my heart stopped working and then diagnosed with Chronic Heart Failure. The doctors have given me a grim outlook and strict orders on how to live the rest of my days, which they predict are short numbered.  In the aftermath I lost the ability to work and must take meds everyday to keep my heart from failing again. Everyday is a battle to keep my stress low and maintain my health due to the nature of my situation. Back in the beginning of May my wife and mother of my two youngest children was arrested on domestic abuse when she destroyed my heart medications and physically assaulted me. She has since taken Elanna (6) and Jack (3) not allowing me to have access or visitation.  I haven't seen Elanna and Jack for 83 days and counting! Now I'm in the courts battling what I thought would be a clear cut case in my favor but I'm in need of representation. As most of you know I don't really speak of what's happened to me and I never ask for help...but I feel like my time is running out and there is nothing more important than time spent with my Elanna and Jack.
