Sedgley, Gornal and Dudley North Poppy Appeal

Do you want to make a difference to support our Veterans?

As we approach Remembrance Day this year I feel even more compelled as an admirer of our fantastic armed forces to help fundraise for the Royal British Legion through their Poppy Appeal.

This year the Poppy Appeal is going to suffer. Covid-19 restrictions mean that, like most other charities, normal Poppy selling and fundraising cannot happen in the same way. I want pay tribute to the incredible numbers of volunteers who year-in and year-out turn up to do their bit for the RBL.

I'd like to  invite you to get in touch and let me know if you can support the appeal in some practical way as we aim to install 300 lamppost poppies on main roads in Dudley North.

We need to do something different to support the RBL this year so please help! I have purchased these poppies at £3 each so if you can spare a few £ please donate or even consider sponsoring a lamppost/poppy.

We all know the RBL do great work for our veterans and their families so please help out, they do need extra help this year.
