<div>For the past four years, I have watched my husband work seven days a week helping build our business and doing everything he could to support our family.

<div>Over time, the stress became overwhelming.
</div>

<div>This past year we have gone through bankruptcy, serious financial hardship, housing instability, and a vehicle accident that left the truck he depends on for work undrivable until it can be repaired.
</div>

</div>
<div>Our living situation has also become increasingly unhealthy and unsafe. Our landlord has continued bringing tenants onto the property who, from what we have seen, were not properly screened. We have been surrounded by active drug use and people with serious criminal histories, including some connected to extremely serious allegations.
</div>

</div>
<div>Being constantly exposed to that environment, on top of years of nonstop work, financial stress, family problems, and exhaustion, eventually took a toll on my husband. He began using substances as a way to cope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am not sharing that to excuse his choices. I am sharing it because I watched someone who spent years trying to carry everything for his family slowly get worn down.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He has now made the decision to enter treatment and get his life back on track.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the same time, our landlord is refusing to accept our rent while continuing to push us out of the home we have lived in for more than a decade. There is complicated family history involved, and we feel that has contributed to how we are being treated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We also have very little support from friends or family and are largely facing all of this on our own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I recently started a job this week, but it is only part time and minimum wage so I will need some help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There have been times I have not had enough food to eat because feeding out toddler and animals comes first. In result to that, I have lost 25lbs. We do receive WIC &amp; EBT but it is mostly just enough to feed our toddler.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While my husband is in treatment, he will not be able to work, and our family and our business depend heavily on the work he does.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking for help covering the renovation of the RV, first months rent,  groceries, transportation, food, and our child's necessities.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My husband has spent years trying to handle everything himself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now he is finally getting help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We just want him to be able to focus on recovery without worrying every day about whether his family is going to lose everything while he is gone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anything helps, even if it is only sharing this fundraiser.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
