Thats me and my mom long ago. Hi, my name is Alesha &amp; I have my siter Sydney. We wanted to start this fundraiser for my parents, Marc &amp; Julie, to try to help them with just a little chunk of their debt. In October 2025 my mom sustained a severe concussion. We are hoping by either her 1 yesr date - october 1st or her birthday december 1st I can gift her sone relief of debt. Leaving her unable to work or do a majority of daily tasks. My dad, owning his own buisness is tired, burnt out and struggling to keep up now that he's not only trying to run his buisness and support them both financially but also take care of his mom, care take for my mom with a disability and help support me with my illnesses and disabilities. I can only work so much with my own illnesses so I feel the only way I can try to help them is to put my anxieties aside and try to offer ASMR content in exchange for fundraising. My parents are the type who have given their all to everyone around them - to their family, friends, community and clients. My mom has always been extremely active in the community of our small town and up until her injured worked with kids with disabilities. She is a natural supporter and it saddens her to have to be in recovery and not be able to help me, my sister, my dad, the kids she worked with. Always saying she now feels useless, we remind her that its her turn to ve supported and she has to take care of herself and her recovery. Then there's my dad who also helps everyone and anyone - always putting others before himself this has been extremely hard on him as he has so much on his plate now. Running a buisness isn't the best of income, with that they also don't have luxuries of working for a company (like benefits, paid time off ect.) While it does have the advantage of flexibility for him to help my mom get to appointments or take care of everything, it leaves them in a very financially hard position. They are just trying to stay afloat and me with my 7 diseases and a broken foot an just trying to help in anyway I can but with little capacity I cant help them on my own. My parents want to retire soon but that in no way is going to happen with the amount of debt they have and no retirement savings due to having owned their own buisness. So if you have an extra $1, $5, $10, $50 to help i just know that every little bit will get us to our goal! Cant afford to? Totally get that! If you could share this go fund me, my asmr or do anything else to spread the word thatll help just as much. In exchange i will make asmr videos on instagram and soon youtube so I can provide you and others with calm and support too. Thanks so much for your consideration and support. 
 
All proceeds will go directly to my mom abd towards their credit card and loan debt, medical needs (things like: lighting fixtures to help keep dimmness, blackout blind, safety devices for mobility like bars and automatic shut offs, weighted blanket, new tires to make their car less noisey for transporting to medical appointments, a meditation app and other minor tools her therapist recommends ect.). This is only a fraction of the cost but I think itll be a huge impact. I will allow her to use the money as she sees fit. hopefully addressing a couple house things to help with recovery/living and pay down some debt at the least to help them have less stress.
